My name is Rozielle Pantoja Abella. I started this Blog to share my passion and obsession on Food. I took 3 courses my entire life. And my last just made me who I am today. Food became the main ingredient in my life. I love everything about it. I go to places specifically Restaurants all over the nation.

I graduated, Bachelor in Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management Major in Culinary Arts Technology. I always pictured myself with a very expensive Chef's Jacket doing the Iron Chef Pose then Managing a Class A Restaurant or joining a very popular cooking show. Or hosting a cooking show. Whatever it is, it is fine by me. I started cooking when i was very very little. I baked cookies with my dad, which was very sweet. We made little shapes, like stars, squares and round cookies. It was really unforgettable. Then along the way, I remember cooking Filipino dish "" Sinigang" which was actually very funny because I put eggs in it that is wrong. And that's not the only thing I left the shell while it was in the dish! hahaha! it was hilariously funny and insane!My folks were laughing so hard. I could never forget that. So finally I did it! I am a Chef and a FAT GIRL!
