Fat Girl's Recipe : Lemon Rosemary Chicken with warm corn salad
my cousin and her hubby went to our house and fix our wall fan. so i cooked lunch.
Lemon Rosemary Chicken with warm corn salad
ingredients:
6 chicken legs with thighs
1 lemon
1 tbsp rosemary dried
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 can whole kernel corn
1 carrots
3 potato
butter
procedure:
1. preheat oven.
2. rub all the spice and lemon in the chicken.
3. bake in oven for 45 minutes.
4. for the salad. in a pan, melt butter. add the potato, carrots and corn. add salt and pepper.
