Fat Girl's Recipe : Cheesy Meatballs

You know how irritated you get when you see a lot of left overs in the fridge? And sometimes you're anger gets worse coz once gets spoiled you don't have any choice but to throw it away? Well, here's an easy dish that you can have if you got left over spaghetti sauce or any ground meat you have cooked last night.

Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients:
Left over Giniling (What I have is left over spaghetti sauce, I washed it a few times to lessen the tomato sauce and seasoned it a little bit)
2 Eggs
Flour
Mozzarella Cheese , cubed
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/'2 tsp. Cumin (curry, pepper, rosemary mixed flavor) this is optional, most people find it smelly, so instead of using cumin you can use any beef powder or magic sarap can do as well.
spring onions, chopped optional

Procedure:
1. Mix Giniling, salt, pepper, cumin, eggs.
2. Shape the meat into meatballs and insert the cheese in the middle. Make sure each meatballs are properly securing the meat, otherwise it will fall apart.
3. Coat each meatballs with flour. And then Fry it. After frying it for about 30 sec each side.
4. Bake it for 3 minutes until cheese are starting to pop out of the meatballs. (if you use a freshly ground meat, it takes about 2 mins on each side and when you bake, it should be 3 mins.)
